If you're wanting to contribute to The Captain's Log anything will do, photos, artwork, stories (Fiction and non-Fiction), information, suggestions, ideas on club events, book reviews, jokes, parades, or just a letter to the editor, a letter to Austrek or the committee itself please feel free to email us
Cut off dates for contributions to The Captain's Log are as follows:-
January/February 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th January 2011
March/April 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th March 2011
May/June 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th May 2011
July/August 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th July 2011
September/October 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th September 2011
November/December 2011 edition - cutoff date 20th November 2011
Please note that articles are subject to approval, some articles may be edited. If your contribution did not make it into the Log please be assured that it will appear in one of the following Logs (unless it has been deemed unsuitable in which case it may appear in a future release of SPUNK, the adults only fanzine which has only been released twice in the past 30 years of Austrek).
When contributing to The Captain's Log please email us. Files should be written in .doc or .txt format.
Or post Artwork and letters to the club address GPO Box 5206 Melbourne, Victoria, 3001. If you would like your artwork returned you can arrange to pick it up from one of our monthly meetings, or include the appropriate postage for the return of your work otherwise it will be filed in the clubs archives.
