March 2013 - Enterprize Sailing Away Mission

Austrek on the Enterprize.
In March this year we went on our Sailing Away Mission on Melbourne's tall ship - the Enterprize.
The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time. We even had the chance to help sail the ship by hoisting sails and climbing the rigging. After the sail we all gathered for lunch and spent the afternoon chatting and eating.
Special thanks to the Enterprize crew for making this such a great trip.

Club members in costume!
Our October 2012 meeting saw a lot of our members turn up in costume.
Q is a regular, but spidergirl was a new one for us!
Special thanks to Edward McArdle for this photo.

October 2012 - Script reading and costume day

Club members performing a script reading.
We read a number of scripts, and improvised some as well! Some of the readers ended up playing more than one part, which made it all the funnier! Scotty's accent sounded Russian, while Chekov seemed more Scottish than anything. A fun time was had by all!
